Notice Period: Please provide 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed entirely will be charged at the full fee.
Exceptions: I will consider waiving fees for genuine emergencies or sudden illness, particularly for long-term clients, limited to 1–2 times per year.
Late Arrival: Sessions will finish at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. This ensures that both my time and the time of clients booked after you are respected.

Families will be invoiced on an agreed frequency schedule, typically at the end of each month, for sessions attended. Payment is due within two weeks of receipt of invoice.
No refunds for any reason for sessions completed.
Please communicate all relevant health needs with me on your speller’s intake form.
Parents/caregivers are required to be present for all sessions, which safeguards both the speller and myself.
